   Green Goat Maintenance assigns trade-backed handymen for QBCC-regulated building work up to $3,300 (incl. GST, labour, and materials). Works exceeding this value are referred to licensed QBCC trade partners.
   Electrical and air conditioning maintenance (non-QBCC trades) are carried out by licensed professionals and are fully insured with no contract value limitation.
